The ambience is very nice. The dishes are of excellent quality and are delicious, but also have their price. The wine selection is also very good, is certainly something for everyone. The service is attentive, friendly and very well trained.

An authentic sushi bar, or even an original as in Japan, is far from our experience here far; rather, a restaurant with Asian flair and cuisine is offered. The sushi selection is very low. Sashimi there is only one category. As with the other Bachmair restaurants, the focus is on alcohol consumption, for example, the sake list is longer than that for sushi. On our visit, the sushi master came to the restaurant due to lack of time and we had long waits. For hungry hotel guests with children so rather unsuitable. At the next table children were supplied with apples. For a formal frame, the small Chop-Stick Bench is missing at the place setting.

Upscale yet down-to-earth Japanese cuisine. The best sushi I've ever had in Bavaria. Dedication to the product and attention to detail. Every detail (herbs, lettuce leaf) has its function in the actual taste experience. The oyster shot with quail egg was a poem. The quality of the oyster was excellent! We had two cups of sake bijufo, 1 bottle of water, duck soup, oyster shot, spider crab roll, baked eggplant, baby back ribs, tropical salmon sushi and for dessert a creation of vanilla ice cream, fruits, cereal crunch and a fresh 6 minutes egg , The very friendly and competent service explained to us, that you should stir it to taste the full taste. It was really delicious without exception! Quality on top level, great service, families are also welcome there. (High chairs are also available!) The ambience was then still the ideal setting to enjoy a perfect evening. The enjoyment and taste have raved me. We will definitely go back. 180 € (including tip) for a successful evening, that was definitely worth it! Please make sure to book, we were really lucky, that we were early enough to get another table. Finally a big compliment to the kitchen and the service ?

Now I have to jump to my MIZU's side, dined there twice and I didn't know any sushi before and was not an absolute fan either, MIZU is one of the best Japanese people at the lake and the entire area, it's not that easy to find. Everyone can do sushi, but it's always a question of what level. So you can't compare Japanese with Japanese just because they both make sushi, here is an absolute specialist and the staff was always friendly and open-minded on both visits. I always look forward to a visit in the beautiful Bachmaier Weissach and at MIZU, this is an absolute MUST and must be anchored in the time frame. There is absolutely no need to talk about the prices, MIZU is not a standard and also convinces with high-quality Japanese art. If you are hungry for high quality sushi in a nice atmosphere, I can recommend MIZU.

By far the best sushi in southern Germany. Super fresh, excellently cut fish, sushi rice in perfect consistency, very convincing sake selection. After 5 years in Tokyo, finally an adequate replacement in Germany.

Food was good, but service is different, especially in the price level. Service was very inattentive, splitting the invoice took 40 minutes and was then not correct. No excuse, no explanation ...
